Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information this website collects, why it is collected, and how to ask about it. Information submitted here is never sold and never shared for marketing.

What is collected
This site collects only what you choose to send. In practice that means:
- Booking information. Scheduling a consultation is handled by Calendly, embedded on this site. When you book, you provide your name, email address, and any details you type into the booking notes, and Calendly records the date and time you selected. That information is processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy and is delivered to this firm.
- Payment information. If a consultation fee is collected at booking, it is processed by Calendly's payment provider. This firm does not receive or store your full card number.
- Contact details you send directly. If you email or call the firm, your email address, phone number, name, and the contents of your message are received and kept as ordinary business correspondence.
- Contact form submissions. If a contact form is used on this site, it opens your own email program with the message you typed; the information reaches the firm as an email from you.
- Standard server logs. The hosting provider records routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to your inquiry, to schedule and confirm your consultation, to process a consultation fee if one applies, and to carry out the legal work you engage the firm to do. It is also used to meet the professional and record-keeping obligations that apply to a California law practice.
Your information is not sold, and it is not shared, rented, or traded for marketing or advertising purposes. It is disclosed only to the service providers that make scheduling and payment work, and where disclosure is required by law or by the rules governing attorney conduct.
Please note that contacting the firm or booking a consultation does not create an attorney–client relationship. Until a written engagement agreement is signed, keep confidential details out of booking notes and initial messages.
Cookies, analytics, and tracking
This site runs no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no cross-site profiling.
The site stores one item in your browser's local storage: your choice of English or Spanish, so the language you picked is still selected on your next visit. It contains no personal information and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
The embedded Calendly scheduler is a third-party service and may set its own cookies when you interact with it. Because no tracking is performed here, browser Do Not Track signals receive no different treatment — there is nothing being tracked to turn off.
Your choices and requests
You may ask what information the firm holds about you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted where no legal or professional obligation requires keeping it. You may also cancel or reschedule a booking using the links in your Calendly confirmation email.

This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
