The attorney
Ivan Alexandrovich
A California practice built on access: a team that answers your call, and an attorney who personally handles your matter and knows your file.
A general practice, case by case
The firm takes matters one at a time, on their merits: patent litigation, emergency motions, and appeals; trademarks, copyright, and trade secrets; contracts and prenuptial agreements; estate planning; and other work accepted at the firm’s discretion. Every matter begins with a paid consultation and a written assessment, so the client knows what the work involves — and whether this is the right firm for it — before committing.
How the practice works
Ivan Alexandrovich, Esq., P.C. is a team. When you call, one of the firm’s clerks will answer, schedule your consultation, and gather the documents the matter needs. Clerks do not give legal advice. Every consultation is conducted by Ivan by phone, and Ivan reviews and is responsible for every document and filing that leaves the firm.
Flat-fee matters are quoted in writing before work begins; hourly work is always approved with you first.
Consultations and document review are available in English, Spanish, and Russian.
